§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided for in § 10.99 of this Code. Each day such violation is committed or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such. In addition, violation of any of the provisions declared to be a public nuisance shall be a basis for injunction at the suit of the town or at the suit of any person, firm or corporation adversely affected thereby.
