§ 111.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided in § 10.99 of this Code. Each day upon which violation continues shall be deeded a separate offense.
