§ 96.04 DRAINAGE OF POLLUTING SUBSTANCE.
   It shall be unlawful for any residence, business or industry to allow drainage of a polluting substance (as defined by 82 O.S. § 926.1, as amended) into any street, alley, sidewalk or public right-of-way of the town.
