§ 95.23 WEEDS AND TRASH UNLAWFUL.
   It shall be unlawful and an offense for any owner of any lot, tract or parcel of land situated wholly or in part within the corporate limits of the town to allow trash or weeds to grow, stand or accumulate upon such premises, and it shall be the duty of such owner to remove or destroy any such trash or weeds.
