(A) All ordinances, insofar as they are not inconsistent with this code of ordinances, shall continue in effect until they are repealed or until they expire by their own limitations.
(B) All officers and employees of the Town of Granite, Oklahoma, under any and all previous ordinances, shall continue in the offices and employments which they respectively hold, after this code of ordinances goes into effect.
(C) All books, vouchers, monies or other property belonging to the town and in charge or possession of any officer of the town shall be delivered to his or her successor.
