§ 95.02 TOWN BOARD MAY DETERMINE AND DEFINE NUISANCES.
   The Town Board of Trustees has the power to determine what is and what shall constitute a nuisance within the corporate limits of the town and for the protection of the public health, parks and water supply outside of the town’s corporate limits.
