§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, including the provisions of any code adopted by the town, shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by fine and costs as provided in § 10.99 of this Code. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
