§ 92.24 CRUELTY TO ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly, willfully or maliciously to:
      (1)   Pour on or apply to an animal any drug or other thing which inflicts a pain;
      (2)   Treat an animal in a cruel or inhumane manner;
      (3)   Neglect an animal belonging to him or her or in his or her custody in a cruel or inhumane manner; or
      (4)   Poison or expose to poison any dog or other animal, except a noxious, nondomesticated animal.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to instigate or encourage a fight between animals or to keep a house, pit or other place used for fights between animals.
