§ 92.04 INSPECTIONS TO ENFORCE CHAPTER.
   (A)   The local or county health officer or any member of the Town Board of Trustees, upon complaint of any person or on his or her own initiative, shall inspect any structure or place wherein an animal is kept.
   (B)   The local or county health officer may issue any such reasonable order as he or she may deem necessary to the owner of the animal to cause the animal to be kept as provided in this chapter or in a manner so as not to constitute a nuisance.
   (C)   The local or county health officer may make a complaint before the Municipal Judge against any person for violation of any provision of this chapter or for any such reasonable order, but this shall not abridge the right of others to make such complaints.
