§ 91.12 MARKS; REPAIRS AND THE LIKE.
   It shall be the duty of the proprietors or owners of the lots to keep in repair permanent markers, stone, and memorials in the boundaries of their lots. Stones allowed only at the foot of a grave must be flat. The stone at the foot of a grave must be flat. No more than two stones per grave space.
