§ 91.05 PERMITS.
   The Superintendent shall not allow the interment or other disposition of any body in the cemetery unless it is accompanied by a burial, removal or transit permit as provided by the statutes and laws of the state and permits from the Secretary of the cemetery and the Secretary of the Board of Health as provided by the ordinances of the town.
