SCHEDULE I. PARKING RESTRICTION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to turn the vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction for the purpose of parking on the opposite side of the street.   
   (B)   This prohibition is limited to turn around parking in the 300 and 400 blocks of North Main Street in the town.
