(A) The Town Board of Trustees shall consist and be composed of five Trustees. Each Trustee shall be nominated and elected by the town at large, according to current state law and Ordinance 169.
(B) At the general election on the first Tuesday in February, two Trustees shall be elected for terms of four years; a Town Treasurer elected for a term of four years; and at the general election on the first Tuesday in February, three Trustees and the Town Clerk shall be elected for terms of four years.
