§ 30.02 FORM OF GOVERNMENT.

The municipal government provided for the Town of Granite, Oklahoma, shall be as the “Town Board of Trustees” form of government. All powers of the town shall be exercised in the manner prescribed by this code of ordinances, future ordinances or state law, provided that this code and all future ordinances are not repugnant to the State Constitution and Laws.
