(A) The Town Board of Trustees is empowered to adopt and enforce regulations necessary to make the provisions of this title and any other traffic or related ordinances of the town effective and to adopt and enforce temporary regulations to cover emergencies or special conditions.
(B) No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of the Chief of Police, any police officer, firefighter or any other authorized municipal employee.
