§ 55.21 CONNECTION UNLAWFUL; WHEN.

It shall be unlawful for any person to connect to any electric wiring of any kind without having a certificate of inspection or written statement from the Utility Superintendent, if the work is of a class regarded additional to all work, as provided in this chapter.
