§ 55.02 INTERFERENCE WITH INSPECTOR.
   The Utility Superintendent or designated employee, while in the discharge of their duties, shall have authority to enter any building or premises at any reasonable hour, and any person interfering in the discharge of their duties shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
