§ 53.10 NONRESIDENTS PROHIBITED TO USE TOWN DUMPSTERS, CONTAINERS.

Any person, corporation or other type of entity is prohibited from using dumpsters or other type containers located in the town for the disposal of garbage, refuse and trash if they are residents outside the town limits and do not pay the town their charge for such services.
