(A) The town shall make, inspect and maintain all extensions or additions to its main sewer lines. It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a duly authorized agent or employee of the town, to make a connection with any sewer line belonging to or controlled by the town.
(B) Installation and maintenance of all service lines and lateral lines from the point where such lines connect with the sewer main to the premises being served shall be the responsibility of the owner of the premises being served; provided, however, that all installation and maintenance shall be provided only by plumbers duly licensed by the State of Oklahoma and the Town of Granite.
