§ 50.16 UTILITY DEPOSITS.
   (A)   The deposits for water, gas and electric service or meter deposits shall be set by resolution.
   (B)   The deposit shall be paid to the Town Clerk by the customer in addition to any connection fee, tap fee or monthly charge for service.
