§ 50.02 USE OF MUNICIPAL UTILITY SYSTEMS.
   Every resident within the corporate limits of the Town of Granite, Oklahoma and every commercial or industrial establishment shall utilize the municipal utility systems of the town, unless it is impossible to do so, and pay fees as established by the Board of Trustees of Granite, Oklahoma.
