§ 50.01 MUNICIPAL UTILITY SYSTEMS.
   (A)   Water, gas, electric, solid waste and sewer services are provided to residents of the town through the Granite Public Works Authority, a municipal trust of the town.
   (B)   Any reference to the Town Clerk, in provisions related to water, gas, electric, solid waste and sewer services, shall mean the Public Works Authority Secretary.
