Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction, the penalty may be a fine in an amount as established in the master fee schedule, imprisonment for up to six (6) months, or both. (Ord. 856, 4-6-2010; amd. Ord. 925, 10-1-2018)
