The Superintendent of Sanitation or other designated officer is hereby charged specifically with the duty of enforcing the provisions of this chapter as well as the rates, rules and regulations in pursuance thereof adopted. He is further charged with general supervision of said dump and the Manager thereof and shall make periodic reports to the Governing Body when so requested by the Sanitation Committee.
