The manager of the dump shall collect all fees imposed by the master fee schedule before allowing any dumping or deposit of junk, garbage, debris or other refuse by the public and shall render a daily accounting of fees received to the Sanitation Superintendent who shall remit the same to the City Clerk. It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to pay the fees imposed hereunder. (Ord. 340, 7-10-1961; amd. Ord. 925, 10-1-2018)
