Whenever the City Administrator shall find that the conditions of any property within the City constitute a fire hazard, the City Administrator shall so notify the property owner. The City Administrator and his or her authorized representatives, are hereby empowered to enter upon any premises or land in the City of Grangeville for the purpose of inspecting, removing and/or destroying tall grass and weeds constituting a fire hazard. All expenses associated with the abatement of the fire hazard shall be the responsibility of the property owner. (Ord. 933, 5-6-2019)
