§ 12-9-1 PURPOSE.
   (A)   A minor subdivision is the creation of a total of up to four lots (counting the original tract from which the lots are created) which front along an existing public road.
   (B)   The minor subdivision is designed to allow the sale of said lots without the delay and expense of the conventional subdivision process.
