§ 12-6-2 NOTIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION.

The Village Engineer shall be notified at least 24 hours before construction begins. Construction shall begin only after approval of construction plans and payment of the review and inspection fee as set forth in § 12-6-3. Whenever construction stops for 24 hours or longer, the Village Engineer shall be notified 24 hours before construction begins again.
