§ 12-2-99 PENALTY.
   Any subdivider who violates any of the provisions of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500. Each day that a violation of this title continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense and shall be punishable as such.
