§ 11-2-10 FEES.
   (A)   The fee for hearing appeals from decisions of the Building Inspector, or for a special use permit, or for variations of the terms of the zoning ordinance by the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be $125, together with a deposit of $25, to cover the cost of a court reporter’s services to record and transcribe proceedings before the Zoning Board of Appeals. The deposit shall be waived if the applicant agrees to the making a tape recording of the proceedings instead of utilizing the services of a court reporter. These fees shall be paid to the Village Clerk and the receipt of the Clerk shall be made a any hearing record. If a court reporter is used, any balance over the actual charges made by the court reporter shall be refunded to the applicant. Likewise, the applicant shall be responsible for payment of any charges in excess of $25.
   (B)   Each member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, except the Chairperson, shall receive a fee of $15 for attendance at each hearing he or she attends. The Chairperson shall receive a fee of $25 for attendance at such hearing he or she attends.
