(A) No ground-mounted satellite dish antenna shall be installed or constructed in a front yard or side yard, but shall instead be installed or constructed to the rear of a residence or main structure on a parcel of land.
(B) No portion of a satellite dish antenna shall be installed or constructed less than eight feet from any property line.
(C) No satellite dish antenna shall be linked to a receiver that is not also located upon the same parcel of land.
(D) A ground-mounted satellite dish antenna shall not be over 12 feet high.
(E) Wiring between a ground-mounted satellite dish antenna and a receiver shall be placed at least four inches below ground in rigid conduit.
(F) Any driving motor for a satellite dish antenna shall be limited to 110 volts and be protected by appropriate guarding.
(G) Roof-mounted satellite dish antennas shall be mounted directly upon the roof of the main or auxiliary structure on a parcel of land, and shall not be attached, other than by guy wire, to chimneys, poles, towers, or trees.
(H) The dish of a roof-mounted satellite dish antenna shall not be more than three feet in diameter.
(I) Any satellite dish antenna must be connected to a grounding rod.
