§ 8-6-1 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY. The unpaved portion of any public right-of-way, as dedicated in any approved plat of subdivision or otherwise acquired by the village, which lies between the edge of the pavement and the lot line of the abutting lot or parcel of land.
