§ 7-5-17 PARKING NEXT TO RIGHT HAND CURB OR SHOULDER.
   Every vehicle stopped or parked upon a two-way roadway shall be so stopped or parked with the right hand wheels of the vehicle parallel to and within 12 inches of the curb on the driver’s right side, or as close as practicable to the driver’s right hand shoulder of the roadway.
