§ 7-5-14 TIME OF USE OF PASSENGER ZONES LIMITED.
   No vehicle shall be stopped or parked in any passenger zone for the purpose of receiving or discharging passengers for a longer period than actually required and in no single instance for a longer period than two consecutive minutes.
