(A) No vehicle shall be parked for any period of time in excess of the time posted on the officially erected sign or legend or notice effective for the parking space for which it is erected during the effective time thereof, and no vehicle within one hour of the time of leaving a restricted parking space shall be again parked in any portion of either side of the same streets where parking is also restricted during the effective time thereof.
(B) When a traffic violation notice for overtime parking of a vehicle has been issued for overtime parking in a parking space regulated by officially erected signs, failure to move the vehicle after expiration of additional periods of 60 minutes shall constitute separate violations of this section, and additional traffic violation notices shall be issued for each separate violation.
