§ 7-4-99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 1-1-99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Each violation of § 7-4-5 involving traveling at a speed of no more than 25 mph of the posted speed limit shall be punishable by a fine of $165.
   (C)   Any person violating any clause or provision of §§ 7-4-54, 7-4-55, or 7-4-56, unless otherwise stated, shall be fined not less than $200, nor more than $750, for each offense, upon conviction thereof.
