It is unlawful for a person under the age of 14 years to be present upon any public street, public place, or public right-of-way, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or other adult approved in advance by the parent or guardian at the following times: between 9:30 p.m. on each day of the week and 6:00 a.m. the following morning.
