§ 6-3-21 NOTICE TO OWNERS OR KEEPERS OF IMPOUNDMENT AND VIOLATION.
   The Police Department shall make reasonable efforts to notify the owners or keepers of animals impounded pursuant to this chapter, if known to them, of the fact of impoundment and the procedures for redemption of the impounded animal.
