§ 6-1-11 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Village Marshal may make or prescribe such rules and regulations for the conduct and guidance of the members of the Department as he or she shall deem advisable; such rules, when approved by the President and Board of Trustees shall be binding upon such members.
   (B)   The respective rank and grade of the members, as to superiority within the Department, may be prescribed by regulation.
