§ 6-1-1 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT.
   There is hereby created a Police Department, an executive department of the village. The Police Department shall consist of the Village Marshal and nine Deputy Marshals active and sworn to duty for the village, which number shall include the number of three deputies provided for in Ord. 65 and six additional deputies.
