Nuisance trees and nuisance bushes, as that term is defined herein, are hereby declared to be a nuisance pursuant to the village’s authority under 65 ILCS 5/11-60-2 and 65 ILCS 5/11-60-7. No owner of property within the corporate limits of the village, and no person in control of property within the corporate limits of the village, shall permit any nuisance trees or bushes to be present on such property.
