§ 1-6-1 REGULAR MEETINGS.
   (A)   The regularly scheduled meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the village shall be on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, commencing at 5:30 p.m. in the Village Hall.
   (B)   Any deviation from the schedule set forth in division (A) above shall be announced at least 48 hours in advance of the regularly-scheduled time, or the new date or time, whichever is earlier.
