§ 4-4-99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter shall be liable to a fine of not less than $100 or more than $500. Each provision violated, and each day a violation occurs, is a separate offense.
   (B)   Corporations and other entities shall be separately liable for violations of this chapter by their employees and agents. Each violation by each employee and each agent shall be a separate offense for a corporation or other entity employing such employee or agent.
   (C)   (1)   A person charged with a violation of § 4-4-5(A) shall, on conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $50.
      (2)   A person charged with a subsequent violation of § 4-4-5(A) shall, on conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than $100 for each day the person is convicted of violating the terms of § 4-4-5(A).
