§ 4-3-8 REVOCATION.
The Village President may revoke the license of any establishment whenever the Village President determines that a false statement has been made in any application; or the establishment or an owner or manager thereof has violated this chapter, or where a gambling offense has occurred in the establishment. Prior to revocation of a license, the Village President shall give the licensee an opportunity for a hearing. In the event of a license revocation, no license shall be issued for any owner, operator, or manager of the establishment, nor shall any license be granted for another establishment at the same address as that of the offending establishment for one calendar year following the revocation or any appeal thereof.
