§ 4-2-2 VIDEO GAMING PERMITTED.

Notwithstanding any provision of any village ordinance heretofore adopted, including, but not limited to, § 21 of Ord. 12-03, “an ordinance pertaining to liquor control” adopted on April 17, video gaming from video gaming terminals licensed by the state and operated pursuant to the Video Gaming Act, 230 ILCS 40/1 et seq., is permitted in the village at licensed establishments, licensed fraternal establishments, and licensed veterans establishments.
