(A) No licensed premises shall be operated or occupied in violation of any building, fire, health or safety code, rule, regulation, occupancy, or capacity limitation established or adopted by the village, the state, or the county.
(B) It shall be the duty of a Class T licensee to maintain peace and order on the licensed premises and to maintain the premises free from rowdiness, fighting, brawling, disorderly conduct, and similar behavior on the part of the patrons. Where there is a history of rowdiness, fighting, brawling, and disorderly conduct and similar behavior on the part of the patrons, the Class T licensee shall have the duty to institute and thereafter provide security measures sufficient to restrain such behavior and to protect the safety and security of patrons.
