§ 3-3-17 DEDICATION OF FUNDS.

Beginning with sales tax receipts transferred to the village on or after November 1, 2019, the Village Treasurer shall transfer those receipts into a line item in the corporate budget dedicated to infrastructure improvements as directed by the Village Board.
