Only one sign advertising the sale may be displayed, and it shall be on the premises where the sale is being conducted. The sign shall not be larger than four square feet per side. Furthermore the sign may not be illuminated or animated and it may only be displayed during the hours of the sale. It shall be removed promptly after the sale. No advertising or directional signs for the sale shall be placed on City property, easements, rights of way or utility poles.
