Section 6.1. Board of Control.

The Mayor, Director of Finance and President of Council shall constitute the Board of Control, which shall review and approve contracts for purchases which exceed the dollar thresholds established by Council and shall have the powers and duties imposed upon boards of control of cities by State law or by City ordinance.
