Section 2.11. Rights of Mayor and Department Directors at Council Meetings.

The Mayor shall attend regular meetings of Council and may introduce legislation and take part in public Council proceedings on all questions. The Department Directors shall be entitled to take part in public proceedings on all questions relating to their respective departments.
